Due to security concerns, RoomQ was discontinued. Room Q software is no longer supported by UW IT, which means the platform is no longer fully functional or fully secure. Classroom Services staff have built a temporary form for room requests taking place before or on September 24th, 2019. We are not accepting year-in-advance reservations for special event spaces at this time. We will resume these types of requests once a permanent reservation system is fully functional. We hope to have a permanent reservation system in place by mid-summer quarter. For events taking place after September 24th, 2019, we will begin taking these requests once Autumn courses have been fully scheduled (late April). Any previous requests that have already been made through RoomQ for dates in 2019 will still be processed, but requests for 2020 dates will need to be resubmitted at a later time once we have a permanent system in place.
