To reserve any of the spaces found on this page, you will need to submit a request to Classroom Services or call 206-543-6729 if you need a room within 48 hours.

Food is not permitted inside any of our rooms in the Health Sciences and Foege-S buildings. If your event will have food, you must reserve a space where the catering can be set up outside the room. All rooms have wireless internet and Ethernet connections, unless otherwise noted.  You may need a valid UW NetID to access the network.

Room seating types

  • Classrooms: Furniture consists of easily movable tablet arm chairs. Event examples include course breakouts, discussions, test taking, etc.
  • Seminar Room: Furniture consists of long tables and movable chairs. Great for discussions, club meetings, and informal get-togethers.
  • Conference Room: Furniture consists chairs around a central table(s). Great for round-table meetings.
  • Lecture Hall: Stadium style seating with fixed furniture. Great for large groups, guest speakers, and groups in need of A\V equipment.
  • Special Event Space: Various types of events can be held in these unique spaces. Includes indoor and outdoor reception space
  • Lab: Teaching laboratory

Directions: Head south on 15th Ave NE towards the Portage Bay until you arrive at Gate 6. Continue through Gate 6 and the South Campus Center will be on your right.

Informal Learning Spaces

All spaces are free to use on a first-come, first-serve basis.  These spaces cannot be reserved.

Wireless Internet connection is available in all spaces however, you may need a valid UW NetID to access the network.
