Special Features & AV Information

– An “AV Bridge” is a device used to connect the camera and microphones installed in our rooms to your laptop, allowing for Zoom/video conferencing integration and recording. Most lecture halls and some seminar spaces have AV Bridges installed (see table above).

– All rooms have wireless internet and Ethernet connections, unless otherwise noted.  You may need a valid UW NetID to access the network. For questions about wireless service, please contact UW IT.

– Food is not permitted inside any of our rooms in the Health Sciences and Foege-S buildings. If your event in one of these rooms will have food, you must reserve a space where the catering can be set up outside the room. All CRS events with food will have event containers and event container setups added to their orders.
