General Guidelines
- Only forms submitted by your department’s designated curriculum coordinator will be accepted.
- It may take up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected on the online Time Schedule.
- To submit a change for course that is assigned to a room in any other building, please use the Office of the Registrar’s Quarterly Time Schedule Forms.
- Note to students: These forms are changes to the Time Schedule and are not related to student registration. To make changes to your class schedule, please use the online registration system via MyUW, or talk to your advisor.
