Reservation Policies
- The HSB video conferencing studio is locked at all times. A key may be obtained from T291A during normal business hours.
University courses are exempt from the hourly rate. - A technician must be present during all calls. One may be provided by CRS. Groups have the option to provide their own technician and use studio at a lower rate. Any non-CRS technician must schedule a walk-through with our office.
- The CRS Technician hourly rate includes on-site support for the duration of the reservation.
- Additional time spend in the video conference studio prior to or after your event will be billed at the standard rate.
- Thirty minutes of setup will be added to the indicated start time on the request form.
- Calls to new locations need to be tested one week prior to the first event date. There are no charges for test calls.
- UUF approval is required for non-UW groups wishing to use this space or if the event is open to the general public. For more information, please visit the Office of Special Programs webpage.
- Fees are subject to change.

Reservation requests are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The HSB video conference studio with a CRS technician is available during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The studio may be reserved after-hours, if your department provides your own technician. Contact Classroom Services for more information.
