Updated AV Alert Group

You can now sign up for our updated AV Alert platform and stay current on all room problems, work-arounds and resources. To receive alerts in your email, please do the following:

  1. Create an account in Regroup: https://washington.regroup.com/signup
  2. Join the University of Washington network.
  3. Locate the “Instructional Support – AV Alerts” option via the group tab and ask to join.

For members of the old AV Alert groups: Room-specific email groups have been decommissioned. You will need to sign up for the new collated alert group to continue receiving alerts.

We strongly encourage the users of our spaces to sign-up for AV Alert communications, as this is where you will receive up-to-date information about the status of our rooms when you need it most (right as things are happening!).
